All of my grapes come from vines which are cultivated without herbicides or synthetic products of any kind; this creates a great deal of work on my part, as well as that of the growers from which I purchase grapes!

The harvest which arrives in the winery is the end-result of a broad range of efforts.

The grapes’ natural equilibrium allows me to work in the cellar with a certain serenity and confidence.
Each of the wines are made without the addition of any oenological products (including sulfites), and with only the minimum of intervention.

My goal is not to make a “Grand Vin”, but rather a “True Wine”; honest, with maximum-drinkability.

After all, wine is a convivial beverage, one of friendship and celebration.
