Coming from vineyards of 30-year-old Pinot Noir situated along the hillside of the Côte D’Or.

This terroir produces grapes which mature a bit later, requiring a different style of winemaking from the other reds.

The fermentation begins rapidly, with the help of some white wine sediment, already in fermentation. The time in tank is kept purposefully short (4-5 days) and the fermentation then finishes in barrel as with the whites.

The objective here is to obtain a red wine full of bright fruit aromas that’s easy to drink and easy to enjoy.
